Breeders’ Cup - Indyanne vs. Indian Blessing Sure to Be Talk of Friday

The Breeders’ Cup will run the million dollar Breeders’ Cup Ladies’ Sprint on Friday October 24th. As opposed to the six furlong racebook betting fans?
Maybe nothing. Maybe a lot. It all depends on how much online racebook betting fans like Indyanne and Indian Blessing. What happens in the race will be determined by how fast these two fillies go on the front end.
I’ve spoken to a few Breeders’ Cup online wagering fans and almost every single one of them believes that Indyanne hooking up with Indian Blessing early on in the Breeders’ Cup Ladies Sprint will be the deciding factor in the race. The fractions should be absolutely insane with the two Indys hooking up early.
In fact there’s little doubt from online horse betting aficionados that both Indyanne and Indian Blessing are quicker early than any male that’s likely to run in the Breeders’ Cup Sprint a day later.
How fast will these two fillies be going? Indyanne regularly runs a quarter in 21 and change. She can easily run a sub 45 half mile. Indian Blessing can also run a 21 and change quarter and a sub 45 half mile.
It doesn’t matter what surface these fillies run on either. Indyanne has run a sub 45 half mile on conventional dirt as well as artificial surfaces. That makes her an extremely difficult filly to bet against in this race. The ability to run so quickly so early on in a race is ability that online sportsbook betting cannot discount.
It just doesn’t happen that often in filly and mare only races. That means, of course, that Indian Blessing, who was the two year old champion of a year ago, will have her hooves full in this one.
Indian Blessing has the ability to rate, but will she have the luxury of letting Indyanne get an easy lead in this sprint? Will she want Indyanne to get away with no pressure up front for the first half mile?
That’s going to be the key in this race. If Indian Blessing is willing to let Indyanne get away with an uncontested lead, then nobody probably catches the incredibly fast filly out of the Greg Gilchrist barn. But if Indian Blessing goes with Indyanne, then she may compromise her own chances at holding off some of the better closing sprinters in this race.
That’s going to be the key for online betting fans to find the best online horse bet in this race. What online sportsbook betting fans feel that Indian Blessing will do in the race will determine which filly or mare that online wagering fans end up putting their online horse bet on.
It could be Indyanne, Indian Blessing, or one of the long shots, but the decision will be based on what online racebook fans believe Indian Blessing will do in this race.
