Some big time horses have shown up for Race 7 at Breeders’ Cup like Mast Track or other Grade I races like Monterrey Jazz.

Mast Track - - 5/1 morning line odds
The last time bettors saw Mast Track he was a huge long shot in the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile. He didn’t do to badly that day when losing to Albertus Maximus by only 3 lengths. Now, Bobby Frankel puts him back onto the turf where he has had some success. Mast Track should be able to lay right off of the speed, there’s tons of it in here, and then bring home a victory. Let’s hope his odds stay close to the 5 to 1 morning line in the BetUS online racebook.
Madeo - - 3/1 morning line odds
Madeo should be the chalk going into this race for the simple fact that he’s trained by John Shirreffs. Shirreffs only enters them when he truly believes they are ready. Madeo is returning to the turf where he’s had way more success after being vanned off of the track in the Grade II San Fernando in his last. He’s a definite player in this.
Icy Atlantic - - 5/1 morning line odds
Todd Pletcher’s trainee, Icy Atlantic, has faced some serious horses in his career. He has a shot but drawing the 10 hole won’t help his chances. It’s a short run to the first turn which means Garrett Gomez is going to have to hustle him to the front or drop him to the rail.
Wagering Strategy
Mast Track should win this. There’s too much speed for the front-runners and Mast Track should be able to hug the rail and wait for an opening. I’ll bet Mast Track to win and place. I will also use Mast Track, Madeo and Icy Atlantic in an exacta and trifecta box.
