Cardashi - - 9/2 online betting odds

Cardashi is a nice enough horse for online racebook fans to take the 9/2 and run with it. Coming off an allowance race that he won by a nose, Cardashi looks to be the controlling speed in this thing. He will have to get to the front as soon as the gates open in order to not go wide around the first turn, but he can do it. Trainer Dennis Jacques is only 4% in claiming races but 33% with his last out winners. I like this fella to improve just enough to steal this on the front end.

White Flame - - 7/2 online betting odds

White Flame will be right on Cardashi’s ass. That makes him the horse to beat in this since he will be in that garden spot turning for home. He has the requisite speed to stick with Cardashi and a closing kick that will put some pressure on Cardashi. What I don’t like about this guy is how he got caught in the lane in his last. He could get caught again while Cardashi pulls away from him.

I’m Charismatic - - 8/1 online betting odds

This son of Charsimatic is a lone closer that could pick up the pieces while the others falter. The chalk in here, Bob’s Devil, will have to put together two great races back to back to win this. That doesn’t often happen on the $15,000 claiming level. I’m Charismatic always makes a run. He rarely, almost never, gets there in time but he always makes a run.

Wagering Strategy

If the 9/2 odds hold, then Cardash is a terrific bet to win and place. I will also use Cardashi as a key horse over I’m Charismatic and White Flame in an exacta and trifecta.
