Trained by top B track guy Charlton Baker, Thirteen Mil is dropping from a $25,000 state bred optional claimer to this $10,000 state bred optional claimer. Thirteen Mil likes to run up front which might be a good sign as the Finger Lakes track has been playing towards speed. What’s even better about that for online racebook fans is that Thirteen Mil will be breaking outside of the other speed. He’s got a huge shot at nice online wagering odds.

I’m a Yankee - - 7/2 online betting odds

He’s the best stalker in this race and with this thing coming up with a lot of speed he deserves some mentioning on top as a serious online racebook horse bet in this. He can stalk while everybody else will be winging it on the front end. I’m not a big fan of the online betting odds, but I have to say he’s got a shot.

Pinky Freud/Cured - - 5/2 online betting odds

What’s not to like about two speed horses in a 5 ½ furlong race? A lot, actually, because neither speed horse has proven their ability lately. Pinky Freud has exceptional back class but he will have trouble putting up a better number than he did last time. In fact in his last race at this level, Pinky Freud was pretty awful. Low online wagering odds means I have to pass.

Wagering Strategy

Thirteen Mil is an obvious online bet to win and place. I will also use in an exacta and trifecta box with I’m a Yankee and Pinky Freud/Cured.
